The entire estate has a private fence surrounding it and a state-of-the-art security system to monitor any activity at the controlled gate entrance and throughout the premise. Northern Italian imported terracotta tiles; Swarovski crystal, Venetian and antique chandeliers; and Honduran mahogany were used throughout. In addition, Turkish Afyon sugar marble can be found throughout, comprising the floors and the solid columns of the interior as well as the exterior terrace. An entire mine of sugar marble was depleted for the estate’s production.
